Sometimes the cowling or wiper blade design can get in the way of pulling the wiper.  This universal wiper puller uses two different rod puller designs based on the type of wiper and cowling is on the vehicle.  Simply use the correct set of rods and slid them along the horizontal shaft to the appropriate position and tight the locking screw.  Twist he pressure rod down until the wiper arm is displaced.
